New Lamborghini Huracán Evo 2019

The new Ferrari 488 competitor for 2019 now adopts the Huracan Evo nameplate, which reflects the changes. The picture shows a number of style changes designed to offer "aerodynamic excellence", with a new front bumper that brings the intake enlarged and integrated splitter.

On the side, there were also revised intakes, but the most prominent changes were in the rear, with a new full width intake that echoed from the recently updated Audi R8 siblings. The new twin exhaust outlets are positioned higher in the rear fascia, while the new integrated spoilers better balance downforce and drag. The super slippery underbody is also present.

Following the Huracán Performante which holds the Nurburgring record launched last year, the standard Huracán now benefits from the same power output of the naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10. A boost of 29bhp, up to 631bhp, and 600Nm of torque means 0-62mph from 2.9sec (down 0.3sec) and 0-124mph in nine seconds. The highest speed does not change at 201mph.

Lamborghini also focused its efforts on the Huracan chassis, but instead of screwing up nuts and bolts, he had introduced a new chassis control system. Called the Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata (LDVI), this system is set to control every aspect of the car's dynamics. The sensor constantly monitors the acceleration, roll rate, pitch and vehicle yaw and can actively predict driver behavior, while a new generation of rheological magneto adaptive dampers is brought in.

The enhanced torque vector in the all-wheel-drive system allows traction to be directed through one of the four wheels, while Lambo also works on the dynamic steering system to "respond higher at corners while requiring the lowest steering angle".

The interior of the Huracán Evo has benefited from the new 8.4-inch capacitive touch screen on the center console. He controls everything, from climate control to the use of Apple CarPlay, with a voice command system that is more sophisticated than that used on the Aventador. New options include dual camera telemetry systems with high capacity drives.

In addition to standard changes, Lamborghini has also enhanced the range of Huracán personalization options, including new wheel and color choices. Light interior materials, including patented fake and 'carbon skin' compositions, are available on request. A number of coating options, and various new style packages, have also been announced.

Lambo will begin shipping the new Huracan in spring, with details of an initial price of £ 165,256 excluding taxes. No images of the Spyder conversion have been revealed, but we know that cars will benefit from the same changes when they go on sale within a few months.
